royce management tends to play by their own set of rules. since when is it ok to bump tenants around on the rent reduction list just because? some have been told where they were on the list only to be told months later that they were farther down because someone else had lower income. that is NOT the way that works. and housing to suppose to help less fortunate instead of discreminating and being rude and causing unnecessary grief to families to upset and put them out. yet others who get the rent reduction can move others in and out and not claim the actual amt of income and remain with the reduction. i hope someone higher up gets wind of this and puts a stop to this unfair practice and closes royce management apts down immediately. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS.
